MOTIVATION

What fuels me 

My WHY has definetly changed over the past 10 years but these two little ladies right here are my daily reminder of why I not only fight for myself, but the future that this opportunity as a coach, mentor, instructor, and most importantly a business owner provides for them. I may not have birthed them, but you couldn't tell either of us any different. Thanks to their parents for letting me be a big part of molding these future girl bosses.

When I think about so many not taking life serious when it comes to their own health and fitness journey I am reminded of so many of the women of my own family that did not survive and weren't given a choice. My mom at age 33, my 2 aunts, a cousin, and sooooo many others.
